U-POL 4802 2 Liter Tintable Raptor Spray-On Truck Bed Liner Kit w Gun

The U-Pol 821V Raptor Bed Liner is a TINTABLE liner. The product is a milky white color in the can and requires a toner/basecoat be added to the product before applying. RAPTOR requires solvent based toners, such as urethane based color, 2K acrylic solid color, or mixed acrylic basecoats. NOTE: Acrylic basecoat toners tend to have high color strength so use sparingly (less than 10% tint by volume). RAPTOR is compatible with any urethane based color, including 2K acrylic solid color and mixed acrylic basecoats, and can be added up to 10% by volume. It cannot be used with water based, polyester, or enamel paints. Toners are generally available through any distributor who sells automotive finishes, such as Sherwin Williams Auto Paint stores, Finish Masters, or an auto paint store of your preference. Be sure to have the employee mix the paint without binders.

U-Pol Bed Liner Kit is a 2-component urethane system designed for application directly to most original manufacturer's paint finishes or any self-etching primer surface. Dries rapidly, resists stains and abrasion, and protects against rust, corrosion, UV damage, and extreme temperatures. Also makes an excellent sound-deadener under or inside vehicles. Waterproof material, stays flexible, and reduces road noise and vibration.

The U-Pol 4802 Raptor Bed Liner is a tintable liner. This kit DOES NOT include tint; it is for those who wish to use their own custom tints. Kit includes two (2) 1 liter bottles of liner, two (2) 250 ml cans of hardener, and one (1) applicator gun.

Application:

• Just add hardener to fill line, add tint, shake bottle, and spray on with an applicator gun
• Apply with an even-sweeping motion to obtain the required texture
• Bed liner can also be rolled or brushed to obtain different textures
• The surface should be lightly sanded or scuffed and free of dirt and rust for proper adhesion
• If bare metal is present, treat with U-Pol #8 Acid Primer before applying bed liner
